On Friday, March 6, Piggott Mayor Bradley Scheffler, Clay County Judge Mike Patterson, and City Manager Justin Welch met with Alex Smith of the Community Advocate Network. Smith serves as the Program Coordinator for the Arkansas Opioid Recovery Partnership in Little Rock.
